We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy has specific guidelines.


 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under these conditions:

  • No work has been started within 3 business days of payment

  • You cancel your project before any design drafts or deliverables are provided

  • A mistake in billing or duplicate transaction occurred


 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has started or been delivered

  • You change your mind after project initiation

  • You fail to provide necessary feedback or content

  • You delay the project and request cancellation after progress

  • You ordered a subscription and the billing period has begun


 

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize resolution over cancellation. If you’re unsatisfied with the work, we encourage revision rounds to improve the outcome before requesting a refund.


 

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email [Your Email] with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Screenshots or details of the issue (if applicable)
    We will review and respond within 2–4 business days.


 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will violate our terms and may result in account termination or legal response. We prefer to resolve any issue amicably.
