2. Payments & Billing

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• Full or partial upfront payment is required before project initiation.

• Late payments may delay project delivery or result in suspension.

• Subscriptions (e.g., SEO or digital marketing) are billed monthly.

3. Revisions & Approvals

• Each service tier includes a set number of revisions.

• Extra revisions may incur additional charges.

• Once final approval is given, no further changes are included unless stated.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final designs.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

• Source files are only included in Pro/Elite packages unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely feedback, content, and approval.

• Delays from the client side may push timelines forward.

• We are not liable for project delays due to client inaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities

• Errors due to unclear or incomplete briefs

• Third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting, payment gateways)

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms. Refunds (if eligible) are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
